Carne con birra (Estonia report #13)

Direttamente dall'Estonia e dallo chef Sandra, una ricetta squisita e semplice da preparare.

MEAT WITH BEER

* porc, as much as it is needed
* beer - porter - dark beer - saku porter:)
* bay leaves - the leaves that old romans worn
* pepper - depending the taste
* salt

It is necessary to prepare beer sauce a day before cooking, so the meat
could suck the sauce in itself. Mix half of the bottle of beer, maybe more,
if there is a lot of meat, bay leaves 2-3, pepper and salt. Put meat in the
fridge and cook next day. It can be useful to beat meat before, but it is
not necessary, maybe in other way it is even better. Cook meat without this
sauce, maybe adding it, when it is too dry.
